The short version.

I started as an SAP Professional Services Director in 2003. I climbed the corporate ladder to Executive Director. I sat in on client calls where my seat was billed at $625/hour and I was paid $195. I learned, painfully, that the firm's job is to keep the delta.

In 2020 I signed my first direct contract. It was $150K. In 2022 I signed a single engagement for $605K with a Fortune 500 SVP who found me through a LinkedIn post. To date I've signed $4.52M+ in direct independent contracts across S/4HANA, migration leadership, and project recovery work.

Every consultant I coach asks the same first question: "Am I too late?" The answer is no. But the path is not obvious, and the partner & recruiting firms are not going to teach it to you. That's the reason for this work.
